Vinification: Chateau Burgrave is the second wine of Chateau Bonalgue. The vines are grown in soils comprised of sand and clay, with sub-soil typical of that which produces great Pomerol, with an iron pan layer. Young vines are hand-picked at full ripeness to make this 80% Merlot, 20% Cabernet Franc blend.
