Golden yellow in colour. Intense on the nose with aromas of ripe fruit elegantly combining with notes of almonds, honey, butter and vanilla. Complex and well balanced with a mineral and delicate, creamy finish.

Grape Varieties : Chardonnay

Vinification: The Chardonnay grapes are harvested at the end of August from D'Amico's Vaiano vineyard, approximately 5 hectares in size. The soil type is volcanic, alluvial, deep and moderately fertile. The grapes are fermented in French oak barrels (20% of which are new). The wine undergoes malolactic fermentation and is then aged for 10 months in new, 2nd and 3rd use French oak barrels before release.
