Sancerre AC 'Les Monts Damnés', Anthony & David Girard
This shimmering, hand-harvested beauty is produced from 70-year-old vines on the slopes of Les Mont Damnés, where Sancerre's Kimmeridgian limestone is most concentrated. Clean and crisp, with green apple, lime zest, fresh-cut grass, and green tea preceding a brisk finish. Anthony and David are following organic practices, although not certified organic.
