The grapes are hand harvested at the end of October from selected South/southeast vineyards in St. Magdalena, Kurtatsch and Kaltern (250 to 350 m a.s.l).
Fermentation in stainless-steel tanks, followed by malolactic fermentation and aging in barrique-tonneau. Assemblage takes place after almost a year. The wine is then aged in large oak barrels for another six months
