The grapes for Soave 'Le Bine' come from the Monte Foscarino, a single hilly vineyard in the Soave Classico area.
After careful hand harvesting, the grapes are soft pressed and macerated at controlled temperatures to obtain typical Garganega grape aromas. Fermentation at controlled temperatures (15/16 degrees). The wine is stored in tank for a few months to retain fresh fruit driven aromas.
