The Radici Taurasi, first produced in 1986, is the result of a long and careful research programme encompassing aspects such as exposure, soil profiles, soil texture, and terroir. Classic red wine vinification. Long maceration on the skins followed by fermentation at controlled temperatures in stainless steel tanks. The wine matures for 30 months in French oak barriques and Slavonian oak barrels. The wine spends a further 36 months in the bottle before release.
