Fermentation of the separate grapes in tank. Ageing is carried out in steel tanks on the fine lees for 4 months. The wine is fined in bottle for 3 months before release.
Three generations of the Trappolini family have cultivated land on the ‘Pardimiglio’ Estate. Knowledge of the land, terroir, vineyards and vines has been handed down from father to son, working together daily side by side since 1961.
