A wine that truly reflects Monferrato, 80 Anni was created by master winemaker Luigi Dezzani to celebrate the 80 year anniversary of the Dezzani company. Ruby red tending towards garnet red in colour. Wide, intense and complex on the on the nose with notes of dried fruits, spice and toasty notes thanks to the time in oak.

Vinification: After careful cultivation of the grapes among the Poggio Ridente vineyards in Cocconato, the Barbera grapes are manually harvested in early October. A long maceration and fermentation period follows on arrival at the winery after soft pressing. The wine is then aged for 18 to 24 months in French oak barrels before bottling.
