The grape yield is 80 quintals per hectare.
The grapes are fermented on the skins, at between 25-28°C, and undergo a 10 day long maceration using a spraying system (automatic pumping over 5-6 times a day) of the skins. The new wine ages for several months in stainless steel then a further 18 months in second use 80hl barrels of Slavonian oak.
