Deep ruby red in colour. Complex and intense with hints of red fruits, especially strawberries and raspberries, and spices such as vanilla, tobacco, cocoa and coffee. Warm, enveloping, well-structured with a long persistence and a remarkable softness.

Vinification: Redimore is produced from two ancient Aglianico clones taken from the Mirabella Estate. The Aglianico grapes are characterised by medium to small clusters, medium sized berries and a thick skin. The grapes are vinified with a long maceration on the skins at controlled temperatures in stainless steel tanks. The wine refines for 12 months in French oak barriques and a further 6 months in the bottle before release.
