'Tenuta Nuova' Brunello di Montalcino DOCG, Casanova di Neri
Ruby red with garnet reflections, hints of maraschino cherries, violets and red fruits. Great finesse in the mouth with a youthful yet great quality tannin. Long elegant and persistent. Serve at a temperature of 16° - 17° having opened the bottle a few hours previously or decant.

Vinification: The Sangiovese (known in Montalcino as Brunello) for Casanova di Neri’s celebrated Tenuta Nuova Cru originate from the Estate’s Le Cetine vineyard. The bunches for this Cru are specifically chosen for their unique structure, potency and finesse. The process of fermentation is carried out spontaneously using only indigenous natural yeasts and gravity is used to fill the vats. Maceration in open conical vats at controlled temperatures for 3 to 4 weeks. The wine is then aged in oak barrels for around 30 and 18 months in bottle before release.
