Trebbiano di Lugana
Made from 100% Trebbiano di Lugana from the oldest vines of the Podere Massoni vineyard. This is the flagship white of the Zenato family, Sergio Zenato Lugana Riserva is a testament to the family's dedication to indigenous grape varieties. Fermentation for 21 days takes place in 50 hectolitre French oak casks and 30% in steel. The wine also undergoes malolactic fermentation. Ageing follows for around 6 months in barrels and 12 months in the bottle before release.
