The harvest is carried out by hand with the selection of the best grapes that are traditionally vinified with the skin maceration and the fermentation at controlled temperatures. The finished wine, after mature racking-off in the barriques (French oak - Allier and Tronçais) for about 18 months, is then left to refine in bottles 4 months longer. This is the process that gives birth to this great , well-structured, intense, well-tannic, aromatically-complex wine.
