Strict grape selection at the end of September and the beginning of October from selected vineyards in Gries, Leitach and Girlan.
Fermentation in stainless steel tanks, followed by malolactic fermentation and approximately 12 months maturation both in barrique-tonneau (50%) and in large oak barrels (50%). After assemblage, further maturation takes place in oak barrels before bottling.
