Deep straw yellow in colour. On the nose, Novaserra displays prominent hints of apricot, pear, apple, peach, citrus, green almond with hints of sage and mineral notes. To taste, the wine has good acidity, great minerality and flavours of ripe fruits. Great structure and a distinctive sapidity. Great with vegetable soups, risottos, shellfish, seafood dishes and white meats. Great ageing potential - 20 years or more.

Grape Varieties : Greco di Tufo

Vinification: Novaserra is produced from rigorously selected Greco grapes in the Montefusco Estate. The vines have a South-East facing exposure with a clay-calcareous soil. They are harvested at the end of October by hand. Classic white vinification in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures. The wine refines in bottle for 3 to 4 months before release.
