95% Vermentino and only 5% Nasco make up this remarkable white wine from the Argiolas winery.
The grapes are picked manually with rigorous selection in the early morning and are soft pressed while the must is naturally decanted. Fermentation takes place in 225L new French oak barrels and matures until the March following the grape harvest. There follows a light final clarification before bottling. The wine then spends 6 to 8 months in bottle before release.
