Vinification: The Aglianico grapes for this Rosato come from Lapio. A South-West facing vineyard with a clay and limestone soil. Altitude of 400 metres a.s.l. Espalier with guyot pruning system, the vines are 15 years on average. The grapes are manually harvested in the 2nd half of October. The grapes are vinified using the Saignee method meaning the grapes spend a short amount of time with the skins. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel at controlled temperatures. It refines in bottle for one month before release.
