Aglianico vinified white, Nerometa is a tribute to the indigenous black grape. Harvested by hand from Mirabella Eclano vineyard which is South-East facing and has a volcanic soil. The grapes are harvested in the fist half of October. The grapes are immediately pressed on arrival at the winery and are fermented, with no skin contact, in stainless steel tanks. The wine stays in tank for about 10 months 'Sur Lie' and spends a further 6 months in bottle.
