Predominantly Merlot (90%) with a small amount of Syrah (10%). Grapes manually harvested from D'Amico's Rossi and S.Stefano vineyards - 6.5 hectares in total. Fermentation in stainless steel vats for approximately 10 days. The wine is then transferred to French oak barrels for 12 months maturation. The wine is refined for approximately 10 months in bottle before release.
