Straw-yellow with greenish reflections. Fresh and fruity with strong and persistent notes of citrus, tropical fruits, peach, banana and white flowers. Very fresh and persistent with a pleasant acidity and a fruity finish. Potential to age for 10 years or more.

Vinification: The Estate of Apice is situated in the provence of Benevento, mainly on mid-mixture, loose, well-drained soils on a South-East exposure and on average at 350 a.s.l. The training system is espalier with guyot pruning with a density planting of 3,000 vines per hectare. The vines are on average 15 years old. Classic white vinification in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures. The wine stays in tank for at least one month and a further month in bottle before release.

Note: Serve with shellfish, appetisers and entrées. The name 'Falange' originates from the pole used to originally hold up the vines.
