Straw-yellow colour with golden hues. Generous aroma, complex opening with hints of wildflowers, hawthorn, wisteria, rosemary, thyme, lavender, pineapple and gunflint. Dry, rounded and mouth filling with juicy, aromatic fruit; a long, lingering finish, stylish, rounded and rich in tangy minerals.

Grape Varieties :
Fermentation in stainless steel vats for 18-20 days. Then, 40% in oak and 60% in stainless steel vats. Ageing in bottle for one month.
