The grapes are harvested from medium altitude hills in the Parteolla region. Stemming and crushing inoculation of selected yeasts and fermentation at controlled temperatures at 26C for 8 to 10 days. After devatting the wine undergoes the malolactic fermentation. The wine completes its maturation after at least 6 months in cement tanks.
