Vinification
When fully ripe the grapes are harvested from vineyards situated in Siurgus and then delicately pressed. Fermentation is slow due to the richness of the must but is carried out at between 22-25°C. Once a certain degree of alcohol is obtained, fermentation is stopped and the wine, which still contains some sugar residue, is decanted to barriques for some months. It is subsequently stored in vats to wait bottling.

Tasting Notes
Intense golden yellow in colour with a rich, intense nose and a well rounded sweet heavy flavour. It is a rich, intense wine of limited production; it has a resinous characteristic typical of this grape variety.
