Vinification
Fermentation with lengthy maceration on the skins. During partial devatting, racking in barrique. Blending of wine aged in barrique with wine produced in steel. Six months in bottle.

	Tasting Notes Buttafuoco gets it name from the vast woodlands of Monte Selva. On the nose notes of red berries, on the palate is full, rich with a good structure and a medium level of tannins. Good length and a little almond aftertaste. 13% vol.
