Vinification
The grapes are hand harvested. They are then vinified using traditional methods in clean thermo-regulated stainless steel vats. The wine is then stored in tank before bottling.

	Tasting Notes The Merlot dominated wine is beautifully deep and elegant with complex red berry aromas. Well balanced, fruity with lovely balance. 13.5%vol
