Vinification
The grapes are harvested from 10 to 20 year old vines located in Salionze in the Mincio Valley. They are vinified using modern winemaking techniques at the state of the art Custoza winery and also undergo full malolactic fermention. The wine is then aged for 6 months in stainless steel tanks before bottling, where it then spends another 2 months before release.

	Tasting Notes Ruby flecked, deep red. Classic varietal characteristics layered with hints of vanilla and oak. Full flavoured in the mouth, exceptionally well structured with a fine, lengthy finish. 12%
