Vinification
After a very brief maceration period, the must is extracted and decantered into steel tanks for refinement for at least 3 months. Bottle ageing at least 1 month.

	Tasting Notes Rosé wine with a cherry-red color. The nose is rich of floral and fruity hints such as cherries. In the mouth it is fresh, full and persistent. 12.5%vol
