Intense and deep purple colour. On the nose, aromas of dark berries like black and blueberries. Hints of liquorice together with a touch of citrus fruits. The wine is full and intense on the palate with extremely velvety and soft tannins. Persistent and elegant with notes of dark berries and hints of spicy flowers. Long aftertaste.

Vinification: The grapes come from carefully selected vineyards situated at an altitude of 200 m a.s.l. Fermentation and maceration in contact with the skins is carried out in stainless steel tanks for about 28-30 days at a controlled temperature of 28-30°C. The wine is transferred into 225L barrels of French oak (Allier and Troncais) where malolactic fermentation is completed. The wine is aged for 24 months in barriques and then for at least 12 months in bottle before release.
