Grape Varieties :
Fermentation in stainless steel tanks for approximately 20 days. Malolactic fermentation in barrels. The grapes are harvested manually and placed into 25kg boxes. The wines are aged in 100% in french oak barrels (70% new oak) for 15 months. The wine then refines in bottle for about 15 months.
