Created by Chiara Soldati, the La Scolca Rosachiara is crafted from a blend of white Cortese grapes (95%) blended with a small amount of Pinot Noir (5%) from the Monferrato vineyards.
The wine is fermented traditional with a short period of maceration before fermentation starts with the skins which lends the wine is a pleasant cherry note.
