Bright gold yellow in colour. Floral and exotic fruit scents on the nose including hints of roses, apricot and lychees. Rounded, well balanced with a long, agreeable, peppery/ginger finish.

Vinification:

The Gewurztraminer grapes hail from sunny South to South-East facing hillside vineyards around the village of Bergheim. The geology of this specific vineyard is characterised by a clay-limestone subsoil. While traditional methods of winemaking have been rigourously maintained, the Hugg family also use the most up to date equipment.
