Straw yellow in colour, with a harmonious bouquet of yellow blossom, tropical fruits and underlying mossy notes.

Vinification:

Cold maceration, soft pressing and natural decanting followed by fermentation at controlled temperatures and refining 'Sur Lie' for 60 days. Matruation occurr in French oak barrels.
