Pale straw-yellow in colour with greenish highlights, it shows subtle hints of white spring flowers that alternate with scent of fruit. Well-balanced, easy to drink, fresh and crisp.

Vinification:

The grapes are softly pressed and fermented at controlled temperatures with selected yeasts. The wine is matured for 2 months.
