Justly herbaceous, it has fruit aromas of red currant and cherry with hints of vanilla and coconut. Generous palate of fruit, balanced and expressing nuance in a persistent finish.

Vinification:

Traditional fermentation at controlled temperatures (22-26 °C) with maceration on the skins for 7 days. Ageing in stainless steel tanks for 3 months.
