Straw yellow color, fine and lasting finish with an intense bouquet of delicate flowers and bread crust. Dry, sapid and well-balanced.

Vinification:

The harvest is entirely made by hand in the second half of August. Fermentation at 18° C in stainless steel and second fermentation at 12° C. Ageing in bottle for at least 30 months on its own yeasts.
