Classic Pinot Grigio. Refreshing and crisp with aromas of pear, apples and a hint of spice on the finish.

Vinification:

The Pinot Grigio vineyards are located in San Giorgio in Salici. The spurred-cordon vines are between 5 to 8 years old with loose, good textured soil. The must is fermented in stainless steel tank and the wine remains in tank for 4 months before release.
