Bright and elegant, Solustro shows a pale straw-yellow colour with green reflections. The nose reveals delicate aromas of apple, citrus and white flowers, with hints of hawthorn and the distinctive almond notes typical of Verdicchio. On the palate, it is fresh and refined, with a pleasant minerality, balanced structure and a smooth, enveloping character. The finish is clean and persistent, with a subtle almond aftertaste. A versatile wine that pairs beautifully with seafood, light pasta dishes, and both hot and cold starters.

Vinification:

Solustro is produced from carefully selected Verdicchio grapes grown in the northern part of the appellation, where the vineyards benefit from the unique influence of mountain and sea breezes. The grapes are hand-harvested and gently processed to preserve their freshness and aromatic intensity. After cooling and soft pressing under nitrogen protection, the must undergoes a controlled fermentation in stainless steel tanks at 16–18°C. The wine remains on its fine lees until bottling, enhancing its texture, complexity and balance while maintaining the purity and elegance that define Verdicchio.
