Willow's End displays typical Sauvignon Blanc characteristic. Herbaceous and grassy on the nose, with tropical and gooseberry flavours on the palate.

Vinification:

Situated to the far north east of the South Island, Marlborough is New Zealand's largest wine making region. With a dry, sunny climate and cool evenings, it is the ideal area for the production of vibrant, crisp, fruity white wines. Sourced from a single vineyard in the central Wairau Valley of Marlborough, the Sauvignon Blanc grapes were de-stemmed, pressed and allowed to settle for 48 hours. The clear juice was then racked to stainless steel tanks and inoculated with carefully selected yeast strains.
