On the palate, the wine offers soft but well-defined tannins, lively acidity, and a savory, balanced flavour, with delicate floral aromas and vibrant red berry notes. Vinification:

The wine is hand-harvested in boxes, then fermented in stainless steel vessels at a controlled temperature. During fermentation, the temperature is kept in the 6 / 8 °C range.
