This wine offers an expressive bouquet of ripe red fruit layered with subtle spicy aromas. The palate is rich and pulpy, with fresh, well-integrated tannins that provide structure while maintaining remarkable softness and approachability. Its balanced finish and vibrant character make it an excellent match for pasta with meat sauces, grilled sausages, and medium-aged cheeses.

Vinification:

The grapes are sourced from the hilly vineyards of the Benevento area, where volcanic and clay-limestone soils contribute depth and character to the fruit. Harvested in late October at optimal ripeness, the grapes undergo approximately 10 days of maceration to achieve excellent color and flavor extraction. Fermentation is partially carried out using selected yeasts, followed by a minimum of three months of aging in stainless steel tanks to preserve the wine's freshness while enhancing its balance and structure.
