Light yellow in colour with green highlights. The nose shows fresh and intense tropical fruit aromas of pineapple, citrus, herbs and a touch of honey. On the palate it is smooth and well-balanced with good acidity and lovely tropical fruit flavors.

Vinification:

The grapes are carefully handpicked in the cool morning hours to maintain their freshness, then fermented at temperatures between 15°C and 16°C to preserve delicate aromas and varietal expression.
