Pale yellow in colour with tones of green. On the nose intense tropical fruits, herbs and notes of citrus. It presents a balanced palate with pleasing acidity and a soft, persistent finish.

Vinification:

Fermentation occurs at controlled temperatures between 14°C and 15°C to preserve the wine's aromatic freshness and varietal character. After blending, the wine is clarified and cold-stabilized, then undergoes sterile membrane filtration to ensure microbiological stability. No oak aging is applied, allowing the wine to maintain its natural purity and vibrant expression.
