Ruby red. Fruity aroma reminiscent of cherries and red berries. Complex, spicy, elegant and full bodied.

Vinification:

Fermentation in stainless-steel tanks, followed by malolactic fermentation and about 12 months of development, partially in barrique-tonneau (70%) and partially in large wooden barrels. After assemblage, further maturation takes place in oak barrels.
